Keleigh Kilgore - REALTOR ®
To recognize a real estate agent’s love for the needs and goals of clients is to find a true ally when it comes to the purchase or sale of your home. Keleigh Kilgore meets and exceeds those criteria. Keleigh offers in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, as well as of the area’s schools, services, cultural and recreational activities. In addition, her enthusiasm for helping people find or sell their homes abounds whether the transaction is for $100 thousand or $100million. “I decided to be an agent to help anyone obtain the dream of home ownership,” Keleigh says.
Keleigh acquired her passion for homes and real estate at an early age. Her Uncle is a investor/broker who regularly purchased, sold and rented homes. Exploring Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and its myriad communities, researching their varied characteristics, and perusing the local MLS have long been hobbies for Keleigh. After going to MTSU for a degree in business management, Keleigh added multiple years of property management, construction project management, as well as real estate title processing to her list of experiences. These roles taught her hard work and creativity in finding ways to help Her clients be a success. "I have a unique perspective to help you and your family". As a Realtor, she has seen her hobbies and passion become her career. “When I purchased my first home, it was one of the most exciting feelings ever. I want my clients to enjoy that feeling, too. Every closing is a heartfelt, wonderful experience for my clients and making these connections is the most satisfying part of what I do.”
Keleigh's clients and colleagues alike appreciate her honesty, integrity, organizational skills, and ability to negotiate win-win transactions. She is known as well for her intuition and compassion, which translate into her natural ability to put clients first, and to a dedication to giving back to her community. She has served as an Executive Committee Member for the Wilson County Community Help Center, Organizer and Special Event Coordinator for Easter Seals, State Coastal Clean Up Coordinator for the Ocean Conservancy, District Charitable Fund Organizer for the “All Kids Can” group, and creator of the Young Jacksonians at The Hermtage. In her spare time you can find her teaching storm safety at local schools as Certified Storm Chaser, and participating in local charitable events through church. Having a family of Veterans and an overall appreciation of their service, she also contributes to local and national Veterans Charities as well as helping Veterans find homes.
“I wholeheartedly love real estate and helping people fulfill their dreams and creating a lifetime of memories!” Keleigh exclaims. “I can’t see myself ever doing anything else.”
